Every single media outlet tried to create a massive ‘Haaland vs Nunez’ debate.
Haaland cost £40m less than Nunez, their records aren’t comparable in any way at all.
Nunez was a £90m punt, that may have come good in a good team, Haaland was already the absolute real deal.
The entire thing was complete and utter nonsense, and I actually think that Nunez is decent. Just massively different levels.
