Ye.we were all in the mix of it together in the square.it wasn't until I checked 1 of the lads tickets and saw he was sitting next to me that I realised.because I knew 1 of the other lads already had that seat

They were e-tickets for the home end mate. Unless they were bought on a traceable email address you'd have to trace people via their credit / debit card.

In theory yes, but I can't see Lille worrying too much about a case when tickets were bought in the home end from a UK address ( probably against the T's and C's ) and then sold on and duplicated. Given it sounds like the scum who did this are known anyway then the coppers here could probably pick them up directly.
