I think it means a set of spare bulbs.
Good idea anyway, needed spare two times this year and had to spend a night on a supermarket parking for having none.
Was to dangerous to drive on in the rain without backlights

Tesco had bulb sets for about £5 in Halfords about £18.

They have H1 and H4 depending which headlight bulb you need
Aldi /Lidl have them sometimes

The joke is our 3 tickets cost £24 (€30), you can guarantee the Everton away ticket will be £30 minimum.
