I like the idea of Landon Donovan taking the second striker role behind Jelavic, with Fellaini and Gibson behind him in CM.
We could then have Pienaar and Mirrallas on the wings.
Everybody hates Osman.

Against Stoke I believe there is the off chance Moyes will go with
Howard
Coleman Jagielka Distin Baines
Osman Fellaini Gibson Pienaar
Vellios Jelavic
A bit more physicality in the centre and maybe more space for Fellaini, just a different tactic in a game that's notoriously tight.
Since they have a big defence I think the way past them is in speed.. I would play Oviedo and Coleman as the right side, Baines and Peinaar on the left and try to batter them with pace.
Or give it to Gibson to hit from distance and ignore their defence altogether.
I doubt it. It would be interesting to see, though.
I suspect Fellaini will have to drop back at some point just because Huth and Shawcross won't give him much joy in the air.
10 men with osman on the right.
Found this on youtube, great little video

Does Belgium speak french? and has Jimmy Martin got a touch of the Bartons there in that video?I speak quite a lot of French but did not get much of that. I love the guy though.
Is there a chance that could have been his last game for us?

Nah. If he's sold it will be on the last day of the transfer window with a Charlie Adam loan deal his replacement.
