Should be list of tones
If it's not there th ere should be a + sign. Click that and see where it goes
Downloaded on Android phone.....Samsung Galaxy.
I have looked at the Ring Tone list but I don’t see it there.

For those still struggling, here is what I did.
1. downloaded the App from the link in @GrandOldTeam post even though the sirens link has expired.
2. downloaded the tune itself from the link @Johnniepk provided in his post.
3 uploaded the tune from step:2 on to the App from step:1 (they call them “boards” so upload in there)
4. go into “Ring Tones” settings on t’ phone and upload ringtone from the list which should now contain the new ring tone (it is listed as sommat like 3XXF)
5. Voila....now you can impress all yer chums

Bit bemused as to what app is being downloaded? But iif it works for you!
You should just need to download the ringtone I uploaded.
This goes onto the Samsung S8 (same as me)
When you go to ringtones there is a + at the top right. this should be where it is. Listed as 3XXF
