I've always looked at Hibbert and thought, you epitomise what stops us becoming a big side. He's just so average. Works hard, does ok some times, but he's been in the team for too long when we should have brought someone better in. I could just never imagine him playing on a big stage, whereas almost everyone else in the team has shown that quality at some stage.
