1. Luke Moran and his wily ways.

Perhaps the greatest 48 hours in the history of GOT. The popcorn levels went through the roof.

2. The takeover thread

Some of the off topicness in here was immense. Ultimately ruined by too many people trying to debate the takeover. On the plus side, it saw the return of GOT's resident cryptologist.

3. What are you listening too?

Some ace tunes from some really diverse bands. A particular favourite of Alio, Jdawg and Rufus.

4. Everton versus

Chico's match threads. For those who used to enjoy WSAG in all it's online glory, listening to Cheeks wax lyrical about our upcoming opponents was like a return to the glory days of M_oB. Ace piccies too, especially the Mick McCarthy/Goldeneye train

5. Alan Ball visits....

AB's updates from the ressies, under 18's and toddlers squad. Giving us something bright to look forward to through the gloom of the grown up team's miserable start to the season.

I know one Fratellis song, which I love. Haven't gotten too deep into them though tbh.

Top 5 Chess pieces (so Alio doesn't get mad at our off topicery)

1. Knight. He ****ing jumps, that's all you need to know.

2. Queen. Finger her King lad FFS

3. Bishop. Slides sneakily in round the back like a Bainesy through ball.

4. Castle. A miniature St Rupes.

5. Pawn. Growing a lowly pawn into a rampaging queen is boss.
