Your top 3 next Everton manager shortlist (being realistic)

To my mind had we approached this whole fiasco as a professional organisation we would have had Tuchel (my preference ),or a.n. Other in place by today. Or we should have just had the guts to appoint Unsworth permanently and ended any instability. Instead ,in the typical Everton fashion we are dithering and irresolute.
Kenwright's role in this have confirmed my suspicions that whatever machinations have gone on between him and Moshiri with regard to who owns the club, it is still fat boys train set ,I remain to be convinced otherwise.
Tuchel and Unsworth are the only two realistic options currently mooted. I doubt Tuchel is interested any longer ((if he ever truly was ), so get on with it and appoint Unsworth.
I would have preferred to have Tuchel in first with Unsworth ready to step in permanently if it all goes wrong. The problem with Unsworth first is if it all goes wrong , we are left with a 'fat Sam' type appointment to get us out of trouble.

We are a huge step down from Dortmund no matter how you spin it. It’s a backwards step in every way apart from money.

Dortmund are from a 2-3 team league. Yes they've been in the CL but put them in the EPL and they'd be very similar to us....top 10 side occasionally breaking into top 6, and nearly-rams in the cups. They don't have 10-12 games a season against teams consistently above them. The chances of them hitting top 4 regularly and therefore qualifying for the CL via the EPL.....and that's where Tuchel would be competing if he came here. The riches for himself and the Club are well beyond what's on offer elsewhere other than China too.
It's all hypothetical but let's not dismiss Everton's pull, and more importantly that of the EPL with managers.
