Second would be getting rid of the deadwood of the old regime, like McCarthy, Niasse etc.

Third would be identifying three or four top quality first team players with high level experience in good leagues, including a striker and a goalkeeper as the main priority.

Fourth, supplement those with two or three young potential stars who can add hunger and energy to the side.

Five - rip up the mindset of the players who stay and get them back into a winning mentality that plays to their strengths. Crucial pre-season ahead.
