thats the stuff in fact it was nandos extra hot sauce that we used in the recipe.

there was a portugese chicken place in bondi, up on the hill, went there for our lunch a few times when we were working, then elizabeth bay for a cake on the way back. we worked at loads of the houses along the harbour there, putting pool fences and stuff in, it was a nice enviroment to work in, hot but hey, owners out, a pool................speedo time.

nah, we used to just jump in in the shorts we worked in, we dried in minutes in the sun. there are some very nice houses along the harbour to watsons bay. my mate lived at tamarama, right on the front, next to the park, probably one of the best locations there and he had a big balcony overlooking the beach...................lezz city

in fact 99% of my cooking can be called a speciality , but those 2 are something special even if i do say so myself
