thats the stuff in fact it was nandos extra hot sauce that we used in the recipe.
there was a portugese chicken place in bondi, up on the hill, went there for our lunch a few times when we were working, then elizabeth bay for a cake on the way back. we worked at loads of the houses along the harbour there, putting pool fences and stuff in, it was a nice enviroment to work in, hot but hey, owners out, a pool................speedo time.
