Well thats a funny one. I was thinking of starting a thread asking what consitutes a big club. But if we're talking about fan base then I believe Utd has the most in the world followed by rs.

Strictly down to fan base, I think the top 5 would look like: Celtic, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United and RS and maybe Ajax (seeing as almost every foreign football fan I speak to, mentions Ajax, when telling them I'm Dutch). Purely based on my own preferences, I'd go for Celtic or Barcelona.

I would say Real Madrid, UTD, Barca, but it would depend what the criteria is based on, I personally think the 2 Spainish clubs have a better worldwide appeal, not talking about fanbase or cash flow, just downright marketing ability.
