In all the years i have watched Everton, Derby victories are always sweet but which one gives you the most pleasure. For me, back in 1978, Andy King's drive into the Stanley Park end net was the first time i had witnessed a win against the enemy and who could forget the Graeme Sharp winner at the swamp back in 1984. So come on all you Evertonian's out there share your memories with us.

The Gosling derby.

I'd been suspended from school that day and my mum tried to stop me from going, but my dad thought that was unfair. So he drove off to the match without me and when my mum left 5 minutes later to take my sister out he came back to pick me up. We both got shouted at lots but it was worth it.

Charity Shield, 1-0 thanks to Grobellar. My first derby, first trip to Wembly (I was 10). Travelled down on a coach of blues and reds, pulled Sharpy's name out of the hat for the sweepstake, and they gave me the money seeing as he was the last blue to touch it before it went in (can't have been a red running it!). Still the only time I've seen us beat them in the flesh.

Apart from Sharpy's stunner at Mordor, the other one I loved was when Kanchelskis scored 2 past them. Oh, for a right winger like him these days. Definately the most exciting player I've seen in a blue shirt.

The same one. I had taken a RS relative to the match in the main stand and we all jumped all over him.....

Waggy putting the final nail into the 'Kings' coffin.

Kev the Rat getting a Brucey Bonus in front of the Hill of Pish, I was on the gravel as they were pulling folk out of the terrace due to overcrowding & putting them in the mainstand, shouldve ran on tbh but it was a 25 yarder and 1 cop was shouting "just try it and I'll break your legs" to about 50 of us...... we all took his word for it as he had a huge stick.

Being ON THE GODDAM PITCH in front of the tunnel as the lads came out at this seasons Derby, singing Grand Old Team at the top of my voice just before that and clocking the whole of their directors clocking me, which prompted "we dont care what the redshoite say" to be aimed directly at them. Mithering Carralaaaar during the warmup, Pestering Steve Clark and then DA'KING.

Sheedy's V.

Charity Shield victory at Wembley.

Big Dunc spinning and slamming one in the goal at Slashers Slope inb the Agent Johnson derby, and me landing on the running track after basically trampling the fella in front..... Big Dunc passed us all with a customary salute.

Gosling derby. I must have looked like I was possessed when gosling scored. Saturday will top everything in my time as a blue if we win.

same for me wait so long to beat them.

Gosling Derby, I have a lot of friends that are liverpool fans but only 1 friend that is an evertonian. Me and him went absolutely nuts when Gosling scored and the funny thing about it is that it wasnt on tv where we were so there were 5 us huddled around a laptop and me and him went crazy running around the house and when we came back to the laptop all the liverpool fans had left

Kanchelskis skipping round the tvvats at Anfield and knocking two past them.

As a 13 year old waiting for the train at Bidston station, couple of rs fans asked us to sell them our tickets. We said nah. One gobsh1te pipes up with ''you'se'll only come 'ome cryin' lads hahaha''. I just smiled and said ''we'll see''.
I hadn't had much experience of the evil empire at that time and always thought we'd smash them. That day was nice coz I was right. Beautiful.

The Kanchelskis Derby is a memorable one, as is Super Kev's winner in '99 but my fondest memory has to be Gosling in 2009. Couldn't get a ticket so watched in with my Dad (who is a kopite) and went absolutely crazy when we scored. The pissed off look on my Dad's face was brilliant.
