20-year-old Everton striker Kieran Agard looks set to join Hearts on loan, should Hearts boss Csaba Laszlo get his wish.

Laszlo: "In the last couple of days, we have brought two players here and we must make a decision about this. Then we have one month to do something. Agard is still in my mind, and we also have other names who wish to come to us."

This might be a great opportunity for Aggard, but the timing isn't great when we consider Yakubu is absent, and we have a difficult period ahead of us, with an injury prone Saha and a miss firing Jo left to hold the fort.

I'd be slightly surprised if we let him go with the size of our squad but if he does I hope he does well, seems to have a lot of raw ability & a loan could help his development
