Think it's great for back problems, pal. Unsure about your other predicament....

Give it a go tbh, worst outcome is you looking a bit like a bull in a china shop at first really.

Also LOL at black there lol

But yes, I can see how it helps strengthen muscle tone and core strength if done regularly. I've become convinced that most joint and muscle ache problems are down to lack of condition and support strength.
Oh ffs. Thanks autocorrect!

I'd agree with that. When I hurt my back I had a bit of a break from weights and found if anything it made things worse. Focusing on your technique is so important.

Unusual to hear a crossfit fanatic admit that. Will they throw you out of the cult now? lol

As for yoga - I love it. I go at least once a week, and often more than that. No doubt in my mind that it is what has allowed me to continue playing contact sport for the last couple of years.

I'd like to go to a yoga class, but don't know how I would react to all the fanny farts. (very common I hear/smell)

Just had another session, is it really possible to look physically more toned already?

I'm gonna look like Ronaldo (not the fat one) soon.

The teachers usually explain to newcomers to yoga that the exercises can bring about a release of gas, and that it is perfectly natural and that nobody should be in the least bit embarrassed.

Of course, if you were to let a real ripper go, you might be excused a small blush :blush::blush::blush::blush::blush:
