Pilates is another good option if you are looking to become more supple/work on your core. Bit like a more active yoga.
Oh my!
Think it's great for back problems, pal. Unsure about your other predicament....
Give it a go tbh, worst outcome is you looking a bit like a bull in a china shop at first really.
Also LOL at black there lol
Oh ffs. Thanks autocorrect! But yes, I can see how it helps strengthen muscle tone and core strength if done regularly. I've become convinced that most joint and muscle ache problems are down to lack of condition and support strength.
Tried it fir my back ended up in physio on a traction machine avoid it!Supposed to be great for back pain, problem is I can't even sit down to be able to try.
Unusual to hear a crossfit fanatic admit that. Will they throw you out of the cult now? lolOh ffs. Thanks autocorrect!
I'd agree with that. When I hurt my back I had a bit of a break from weights and found if anything it made things worse. Focusing on your technique is so important.
I'd like to go to a yoga class, but don't know how I would react to all the fanny farts. (very common I hear/smell)
Just had another session, is it really possible to look physically more toned already?
I'm gonna look like Ronaldo (not the fat one) soon.
Closest I've been to Yoga is choosing Dhalsim by accident on Street fighter 2.
