How long has this lad been hoofing the ball forward under no pressure? I swear last season he never used to be this bad.

Last nights game, i thought he may have snapped out of it. But alas, the bucakroo leg was swinging in full motion.

Its a good thing he's been ousted out of position. I never would have thought of selling him a while back, esp when the Arse were apparantley showing interest. But now, i want him out. Even jacobsen, would play the simple ball inside ON THE FLOOR.

All this hoof-da-roof reminds me of Unsworth, and no disrepect to him, i ******* hated it. That style of football is gone, so maybe Yobocop should be too.

I thought he was a mixed bag yesterday to be honest, made some fantastic interceptions but also ****ed up a few times and put us under pressure. Probably down to lack of match practice more than anything.

Jagielka and Lescott are our best centre backs, it's clear to see to be honest. Hopefully Yobo is willing to accept this because he is a useful player, good cover.

On Jacobsen, thought he looked very solid to be honest. Neat and tidy and good defensively.

Wouldn't mind seeing more of him before the end of the season.

If he's leaving, then I'd think Stoke will be trying to get his signature. Strikes me as a perfect player for that set-up at the Brittania.

I'd prefer him to stay on. Solid cover and someone who can start regularly if needed. You never know when someone may need an extended rest. Had fears for Lescott after the Villa match. He looked like a spent force.

It is nice to watch the camera shots of the Everton bench and see viable options like Yobo ready if called upon.

To be fair Jagielka hoofs it just as much, and he's immune to all criticism.
I'm not yobo's biggest fan, but he has done a great job for us when hes been called on.

Jagielka hoofs when there's no options, as does Lescott. Yobo has a tendency to just hoof when there's no pressure on him, which is what I think annoys people.

Neither are gifted centre backs (in terms of distribution) though to be honest. Jagielka is just a superior defender.

Yobo has the speed to make up errors but I've always wondered about him with some of his lazy passes. Overall, he is a gifted player but needs to be kicked in the rear on a ocassion. Baines, Jags & Lescott are just hard to move at the moment they are awesome.

He does have an understanding for it. May help that he's seen playing time from a Keeper's perspective as well.

Still haven't forgotten the match he put in for Sheffield United against Arsenal replacing Kenny in goal. Knew exactly what he was doing and really didn't look out of place.
