100% know nothing about mourinho. He is renowned for using himself as a shield to take the spot light and the pressure off his players.

Has had a go at the team but very rarely signals players out. Mostly uses himself to change the narrative by saying something daft, inflammatory or blatantly untrue. Putting focus on to himself rather then the players.
Off the top of my head, he’s had a go at:

Lukaku whilst at Chelsea.
Shaw, Martial and Valencia whilst at United.

He doesn’t protect his players at all. He’s a whining spoilt brat.

Plus Barca signing Arturo Vidal to fill the last non EU spot (Arthur & Malcom have the other 2). So either he leaves in some form or stays with Barca B, but his value wont increase there.

The signing of Vidal means a deal for Mina has definitely been agreed. Either to us or to Man U in which case Rojo to us..

Can you show me where he said anything negative about lukaku at chelsea? Because all I can find is this

"Romelu was always very clear with us with his mentality and his approach was not highly motivated to come to a competitive situation with Chelsea,” he said. “He wanted to play for Chelsea but he clearly wanted to be first-choice striker, but for a club of our dimension it is very difficult to promise to a player.
“That reduced, immediately, his desire to come to us. After that Everton came with an important offer and as I always say, because it’s the reality of our club and we want to be inside the Financial Fair Play rules, it’s always in the thoughts of the board. The important thing is that he’s happy and things work well for him, he’s a good kid and has his way of thinking and organising his career.”

Hardly tearing the lad to bits is he.

Luke Shaw, fair enough he just doesn't like the lad.

Valencia? The only thing I've seen him have a go at him over is the fact that he came back from holiday too unfit.

And marital has seemingly gone on strike so what's he supposed to say about the lad.

He had a falling out with iker casillas while at real because he wanted a new number one. Everyone said he was out of order. Then the world cup happened and he dropped about 30 clangers and everyone went he's finished.

Like I said it's very rare he has a go at players publicly but he does do it. So does every manager from time to time. But if you look at the club's he's managed and the players he's had to deal with for the length of time he's had to do it for and we can only think of a hand full of times he's done it. Then that's not a lot at all is it.

Look at Chelsea his last season there. He lost the dressing room and was still protecting the players right up in till the week he got fired.

Although I have to admit him speaking out about players has ramped up over the last few weeks. Even if some of them are innocuous.
