Jags..class

Player Valuation: £70m
Yeterday bought some yellow fish and steak and the fish was the same price as my steak, a massive piece of steak v a meduim yellow fish.

This was from the fish shop in St John Market, looks like i will have to try the super market for cheaper fish, i mean £6.00 for a piece of yellow fish.

Forget the money, think of the health benefits (ok overlook the mercury).

Steak is very healthy. Red meat isn't a problem for health, don't believe the crap.

The whole mercury thing is a myth as well, although the omega 3 in fish is exceptionally beneficial.

The problem is carbs. That's the main reason why people suffer from obesity, as well as other health problems like diabetes.

My vote is for the steak, it will fill you up more. I'd buy cheaper fish

Where's the poll, with the obligatory cheese on toast option? If anybody is interested, my choice would be the Yellow fish, not funny or informative, just my answer.

Soon after reading this I got sent off to the supermarket for a few items ( if you want toast and cereal in the morning you'd better go and get some bread and milk then )

I had a look at the fish counter, smoked ( yellow ) blue cod Au$14-80 per kilo and Tee-bone steak Au$ 14-99 per kilo which works out at about GBP 4-80 per pound.

Does that make you feel better or worse....

and why.

Worse. Because you are walking out of a supermarket in to blazing sunshine. [Poor language removed].
