Might also be that the Esk just doesn't bother to tell us considering the stick he gets if it doesn't come off.

I doubt he's going to develop much at the age of 27

He's got pace, power and he presses the ball well. Think Koeman/Walsh want him as he's a tactical fit with what they're looking for. Reckon we'll just have to live with the inconsistency and maddening things he does on the pitch. Deulofeu and Mirallas are hardly the image of consistency either really.

To be fair, he's coming off the back of a poor-ish season which might be affecting perceptions a tiny bit, he was more good than bad from what I remember of the previous couple of years

Not going to argue with anyone who says we're over-paying. I think it's about £8-10m too much, but I suppose it matters less these days.

He happens not to mention all the actual transfers but chooses to discuss all the ones that don't happen?

Look, I think it's plainly obvious what's happening here. The Esk is the distant cousin-in-law of DAVID MOYES, the half-foster-brother-in-law of The Mole, the next door neighbour of Neiziro, the romancer of LCAB's grandmother, and he has been sent here to punish the cynics for their disgraceful treatment of ITKs over the years.

Yes but he was at Celtic back then lol my point is that I don't think Bolasie is worth £25-30m, I understand others opinions that they see it as standard these days - fair enough. I just heard one or two people saying yeah but he is fast or he is over 6 foot tall, in which case I mention everyone criticising stoke under pulis for being nothing more than big units.
 
Reported on Sky that's it's 22.5 with 2.5 of add ons and another 3 million in the future once other things are hit.

22.5 sounds slightly better.

Also reporting that he's signed his contract and it's now "imminent"

Just hope we don't spend fortunes for spending sake. Value for money should still be the aim, unless of course we pay £25m for proven talent like Mata etc..
 
I don't believe he has signed yet there is no picture evidence of him coming out of that hospital or the shirt picture outside ff, or even more so in a local shop or a cafe...this is defo off
