Its annoying because genuinely every other tweet is a little dig at the club when he is on a fat wedge and has had multiple loan opportunities fall through because he was unwilling to drop his demands.

Like had just had to dig up some old tweets from coleman referencing being frozen out, why couldn't he have just tweeted a pic of him and coleman instead if he was saying goodbye? Because he had to get all his sympathy points from sycophantic knobs in twitter, even though he is earning stacks more than I will probably ever see.

That bit about Coleman being “sorry” he wasn’t with the first team could easily have been cropped out but he just had to include it for himself. It serves no other purpose being there.

I’m sorry but the injury did nothing more than delay the obvious fact that he wasn’t good enough in the first place by a season. Look at most of the other players we signed around regarding time, Bolasie like them was always going to go one way.

I share neither your surprise, nor your disappointment. We have enough self confident under performers as it is.
I did expect him to do much better than he actually did and disappointed that he didn’t. Warnock might get a tune out of him by not overloading him with tactical instructions and just let him be his unpredictable self.

Having seen him play for my home town club Plymouth I was astonished that Everton signed him , and the fee was absurd , sadly I was proved right.
For some strange reason Palace seemed to get some sort of tune of him but whenever I saw him play all I saw was a fast headless chicken!
Happily for you Palace made a killing and it looks like his eventual replacement Ezi looks a real talent.

I think it was the Peter Principle in all it’s glory. Eventually everyone rises to their own level of incompetence. Plymouth to Bristol City to Palace, where, in hindsight his performances were enhanced by the presence of others, particularly Zaha. Those two would just run at defenders, swap wings regularly-it used up so many defenders by having to double and sometimes triple up on both that it created so much space for others.
On reflection his transfer to Everton, with an entirely different set up and very different expectations, wasn’t going to end well.
