I'm not talking about discipline, just a bit of encouragment now and again for a player who is clearly trying to build his confidence and get back to the player he was.

Yakubu's a grown man, Moyes can only do so much in this department, he gave him a regime to follow, like every club does with all there players. It's up to the player to be professional and get on with it.

Yakubu quite clearly isn't as unfit as people make out either, it's just the usual supporters taking cheap digs at his natural build.

Yet again you blame Moyes. Have you ever heard the phrase "2 sides to every story?"
Yak wanted out, and deserved to be dropped for behaving like a tit. Moyes is the boss, he cannot have players dictating what they do and dont want to do. That causes chaos.
