Either Putin will conquer Ukraine - then Moldova and the Baltics, or we stand against him in Ukraine with no guarantees from the US, which will probably lead to WW3.

I am concerned but it’s taken Russia 3 years just to make territorial gains in Eastern Ukraine which represents about 20% of the country. WW1 was just over four years in duration with WW2 lasting six years. Not sure whether the Russians would have the stomach for it to escalate aside from the fact that clearly no one wants a war.

Then again we do have a nutter in the WH who seems to be wanting territorial domination as well with annexing Canada as a 51st state, taking the canal back from Panama, wanting to rename the Gulf of Mexico and saying he wants Greenland. Seems to be a big play between USA, China and Russia to see what they can grab. The stuff will really hit the fan if the alliance between Russia and Iran develops and ‘somehow’ they get the hands on a few of Nuclear arsenal.

The reason it has taken Russia that long is because of the support provided by the US. Without it, Putin will take Odessa or Kyiv pretty quickly, unless Britain and France are prepared to put troops in Ukraine.

Yep, but it’s still taken that long. You’re correct that if no US, then Europe have to step up, or they’d be through Ukraine in a month or two I would guess.

From looking at the polls, it looks like the reality of a Trump America is starting to hit home to people who voted for him too.
