Went the wigan game on me own over from Dublin. Always get talking to people, cant say i enjoyed the game though ffs. In the Gwladys on me own sunday its grand

i go alone most games,no probs, always sumone to chat to anyway
This, and if you're a STH you'll know everyone around you anyway.
Having a pre-match pint on your own is a wonderful luxury. Wait till you're married with kids and never get a minute to yourself, you'll appreciate it then.

Personally I don't think I would, and I've convinced about 4 of my mates to become Everton fans.. just so I can take them with me ha!

Though I've always thought there shoudl be a dedicated social network website for supporters who go to the games. So they can link up with other fans. Not just a simple, pop it on Bluekipper and hope someone emails me back....

Always been on my own, from Moyes' first game to his last, bar the 2 occasions i managed to use the ST half-price vouchers to bring 2 mates who aren't arsed about footy but like the actual 'event' of having a pint and a pie and watching something with rowdy 'arl men shouting abuse :D

4 of us had ST's this year, but grandad's packing it in (too old), mates moving away, anothers starting a job and sisters going Uni next year. Wasn't going to renew mine but would miss it far too much, but would mean going alone. Anyone do this? Don't want to feel like a tit.
I went a few times on my own when I was 14/15. No prob. Didn't feel alone.

Grow up, get to the match man up will yer.. like 30,000 folk are watching you when there a match on

Going on your own is not a problem. A few of my best mates I only met 5-6 years ago through getting chatting in the bar pre-match when my BIL couldn't make the game. Going with one of them to the EFC game on Mon in fact.

I went to Inter away on my Jack Jones. Bumped into a few other Yids in the bar at Heathrow and them met up with some mates post match.

I would never miss a game because I had 'no-one to go with'.

Been to a fair few always on my own, including Benfica. Never been alone once I got en route or in the ground though....always Blues to talk/drink with.

Been tons on my own, used to in 80's & aways on train from Warrington or Eavesways. Went to Brann on my own sorting it myself as well not the travel club. Now that i take 2 kids along I'm glad when I can go alone.

I went working in Greece & off to Australia on my todd as well.

People who frequent internet chatrooms are more likely to go alone as they are loners anyway. I'm an only child as well so I suppose I got practice as a kid.
