Would Sir Like some wine?

Generally go for red unless fish or chicken is on the menu. I've spent about 40 quid on a bottle before. Some of the prices are insane - is it really worth paying £250 for a bottle?

Red for me (don't say that very often). Shiraz is probably my favourite, rioja is also good but I'm not that fussy tbh. Got a bottle of chateaux Neuf du pape given to me last Christmas. Haven't tried it yet. Red wine goes perfectly well with cheese on toast imo.

Red, rioja by choice. Most I've spent on a bottle would be about £40, but expenses have paid more than that for a glass....

The most expensive bottle of wine I ever bought was Krug, for MrsG after she had the wee 'un. Believe it or not it was on offer in Costco at the time, and as pricey as it was, it was not that good.
