Throw in Ibrahima Bakayoko into that hat as well. They really were dire times between 97 until Moyes took over.

Madar was cheap and awful, Bakayoko cost a fair few shekels and was also awful, except for that one free kick that miraculously went in

TBF that was a stunning kick ........ even the manager was surprised IIRC in the post match interview saying that he wasn't aware that Bakayoko was good on a dead ball

Any game Anichebe played,like Bambi on ice with an infuriating habit of letting the wind blow him over,before punching the ground. How we got more than a wheelbarrow full of horseshoite for him I'll never know.
