I'm a Zombie film fan...for no apparent reason, and I'm not watching the Walking Dead, as I'm buying it as it comes out on Blu Ray...anyway, for something different, this looks funny. (Not Shaun of the Dead funny, but funny nonetheless)

I dont think a movie would do well in america when countries like cuba and north korea absolutely boss a zombie apocalypse and the usa gets its pants pulled down. Also can you imagine the arabs go crazy when it shows that israel single handedly saves the non infected in the middle east and that the arabs were too stupid to realise a zombie invasion whlst their jewish nieghbours have already got **** sorted, it'd just be far too controversial to be a big release like this.

I only read non-fiction & read a lot however for boring medical reasons I found reading tough for a bit. Somebody bought me the audiobook of this and although I haven't listened to many I can genuinely say it was really good. If you fancy something a bit different it's well worth a listen .

Having had my interest raised by listening to this I also started listening to an audio podcast called 'we're alive' which although not a patch on World War Z is a decent listen.

Yup. Its meant to have had a bit of a nightmare production wise.

They had to get a new writer in to rewrite the entire last act after the film was nearly finished then go back and reshoot a lot of the film.

Which seems a shame. The original script was meant to be superb, proper award bait apparently. Which is possible with the source material i think.
