Fellow WFH workers! Do you do it and how do you find it? All change in working patterns since the pandemic. I’ve personally done it for about 12 years now and got quite used to it, with the odd day in the office and a trip down to London now and then. Work on TEAMS daily now.

Just curious of how you manage your working day / life routines and if you prefer it ?

Best thing that happened to me, no boring office “mates”, no drama, no “what did you do this weekend “. No 2hr commute

I would never step foot in an office in my life again

Only worry for me is that govt. don't adapt long term to this, instead they knee jerk to all the closing food companies etc. dependent on offices & take the easy option of demonising & forcing company policies...

Hybrid. In the office 2/3 days a week. Try to keep it to two. Our irritating senior management periodically extol being in more often for the 'collaboration and creativity' that being in the office apparently brings.

By and large I get very little done in the office due to listening to extroverts attempting to be creative and collaborative at me. I think being creative and collaborative is a code word for posturing and attention seeking to justify one's role. Or a thinly disguised opportunity for deeply insecure micromanagers to attempt to justify their role.

Big fan of the lack of commute and using limited office time to force face to face meetings to be necessary and productive. Go in more often a creative collaborative type wants more and more unnecessary meetings.

Big fan.

I'm the only person from my team based in Liverpool. So if I go into the office I'm still working remotely.

Proper winds some of the old fellas down the pub up... Which is boss. They can't get their heads round wfh, and think being at home means nothing gets done. Think I'll blag them this weekend we're going to a 4 day week with full pay, their heads will literally explode.
