When they, or colleagues, ask for help and advice I manage and direct them towards a solution. When I worked on supply I could claim mileage and meal allowance against income tax. It was self-employed tax fiddling.

Was a worker, then a supervisor, then a manager, then back to worker. If I was still in the Navy I'd be a really old Chief Stoker. Waiting to be retired when I will work for Mrs WBM full time.
