They made more changes than us, what's more concerning is bringing on our better players didn't have much of an impact on the game.
The difference is their changes improved them as they had been rubbish. We did not need to make that many at all. A few would have been enough then make subs after we had hopefully would have had the match sealed. The subs did improve us for a bit and actually thought the goal was coming before it died down again

This aged well.

Coleman awful, Tim awful, McNeil invisible, Charlie awful, Barry awful, Dibling scared. And we have conceded 4 against a poor Wolves team in two games.
Feel sorry for the travelling fans but I reckon they were even more despondent than I am.
Moyes picked every single one of those players to come in en masse. Not two or three of them, to ease them into the system. All of them. This is not the players fault. The manager made a mistake. A big one.

Attitude stunk from before the match with the selection.

Having said that the squad players did nothing to force their way into the team. Coleman, playing left back, ends up defending the first goal as a right sided defender and Wolves score from where Coleman should have been.

Then when the starting players came on they did nothing either.

Needs a lot of heads banging together.

It was a chance to gain momentum again, and Moyes picked a baffling team. Coleman at left back has never worked. I’m starting to see O’Brien shouldn’t be at right back. McNeill really poor, Tim not good enough.

Balance was all off, we could have played another 90 mins and not scored.

Unforgivable from Moyes.
A very bad night, but certainly not unforgivable. That’s ridiculous. Unforgivable would be a string of bad results plunging us into an unexpected relegation scrap. This is just really [Poor language removed], but if by the end of the season we’re sat in upper mid-table with another promising summer in front of us, tonight won’t matter.

Mad how many people are excusing this saying it doesn't matter.

No trophy in 30 years
Never won this trophy
Paper thin squad

Play your best team then take them off if he gets ahead. No game for another 6 days.
How many are saying that?
Oh it absolutely does matter, we should try to win every game and competition we enter.

However, we should equally not swing to 100% negativity after a defeat.

We’re in general a whole lot better than we have been in recent memory. Let’s not overreact etc.

Blame is squarely on Moyes shoulder for that one
Tim, ,McNeill , Seamus should not have been anywhere near that starting 11
It is is just crazy. Starting Barry, Alcaraz and Dibling makes sense. McNeil and Coleman starting is just bullshit. The cup games gives you an opportunity to sprinkle newcomers in with the first team so you atleast know what you have to work with from a chemsitry perspective. You learn nothing when you put a bunch of players together into something not even functioning. Aznou should have been the newcomer in the back 4. attack should have been Grealish, Alcaraz, Dibling and Barry
