With our Squad

Just adding pienaar I feel will not be enough to improve us..

When u consider that utd city Chelsea arsenal Liverpool spurs and prob Newcastle will all strengthen. We will have to bring in at least 2 quality additions and a couple of squad players.

We have a first eleven capable of challenging for trophies, I really believe that. The depth of the squad, and the slow start of recent years, makes 7th more realistic.

Where's the option for F.A or League Cup?

Or have we accepted that we'll bottle out at home in the third round again?

Spurs could suffer post-Redknapp. They might not of course but it's possible. Can't see Newcastle sustaining their form, especially with the Europa to distract them. Liverpool are a bit of an unknown. A good run at the Euros and the likes of Carrol and Johnson could come back full of confidence. Will Rogers get money to spend or is it sell to buy for him?

For us we need to keep key players, have a decent start and have some luck with injuries to key players.

nobody voting second, but 13 for first?
ha!
6th! but a lad can dream about 4th

If healthy and with Pinnear we could challenge for 4th but depth will catch up to us and we will finish no better than 5th. Arse, Chelsea, RS and City will probably be better. Spurs with UEFA and a new manager will be worse. Man Utd also a bit worse but they aren't falling lower than 3rd.

6th. Still missing something in attack. Uncertainty in the midfield as far as roles go (Fellaini forward? Deep?). Depth is still a problem as well, squad is a bit thin.
