White wine tastes like paracetamol and champagne is the lobster of the alcohol world.

Couldn't give less of a flying toss about any of them...

But I picked bubbly, since it gets me rollied quicker, well and truly.

I drank 3 bottles of it once before going to dinner at Gusto at the Albert Dock, they had to prop me up.

I recommend a nice bottle or two of Château Pontet-Canet Médoc - bloody marvellous
