Why's McAleny not getting games?

Now i go to the odd few everton reserve games, i see this young lad McAleny and think, whats too different about him, and Rooney, Or Suarez? He's ten 10 times the player Jelavic will ever be. He came on against Arsenal last season and had an absolute cracker! I mean, Moyes must really not rate this kid at all. Its getting ridiculous as we'll soon see these promising stars perish into the vanquish of oblivion. Moyes Out!

Hi mate, what do you think of Suarez saying that the media is racist against South Americans? Is Rodgers right to start internal disciplinary measures against Suarez?
 

If you've been to the occasional reserve game you should know that he's been out injured for some time and only recently (I think the last two games) came back into the team.

He does look like he has the attributes though, might need to work a bit on his physique but quick and a good eye.
