Can't believe Family Guy killed off Brian. Him & Stewie together were by far the most entertaining characters.

Didn't know what to make of it... I was waiting for it to be a hour episode.,, then it wasn't .. Now we have Paulie walnuts from the sopranos.. Not a bad voice.. Should have been meg.. Nobody would be missing those thunder thighs...

It isn't. That's a fairly widespread view too. American Dad is fantastic, Family Guy has been suffering a bit in the last two series.

Nah I disagree mate, American Dad has improved massively and it's storylines may be slightly better, but it terms of comedy they're not even close.

Really?! I think Family Guy has the better longer set-piece routines like the fighting chicken etc. but few punchy jokes and quality physical gags.

American Dad has plenty more laugh out loud moments for me. The episode where Stan gets bad ideas and brings in a bear to eat the shark and then harpoons Francine had me in tears - the disappointed look on the bears face is priceless!

Cracking episode that but I reckon they have moments like that every couple of episodes on Family Guy.

It all comes down to personal preference obviously though mate.

Watch them both religiously, but find myself laughing and giggling at the immaturity and innuendo of Family Guy far more. Quagmire discovering Internet porn is an absolute classic, all the gay innuendo gags from Stewie, Ive got more memories of FG jokes than AD ones but maybe the humour appeals to me more!
