Who's the better Left-Midfielder?

In keeping with @Dithering Dougie's quest to compare crap players, unto this forum I pose a question asking just who is the better option on the left side of Everton's midfield?

The options are Leon Osman and of course, Steven Naismith.

Let us end this debate once and for all.

Poor thread this. Neither player deserves this sort of mockery. Despite their limitations both have given everything whenever they've played for us. Osman is an academy lad who played very well for us in his peak. A lot of the current midfielders could learn a lot from him in terms of effort consistency and creativity. If we're doing this honestly then Osman would get my vote as a better wide player. Why not make it though just who is the best option in the current squad for the left side? Martinez doesn't seem to know.
