Realistically, who would be your perfect replacement, and why?

I say realistically, as unless we get rich soon, I doubt we could afford the usual A List culprits like the 'M' word.

If he left tomorrow then I'd say Hodgeson. I certainly wouldn't want O'Neill he's the most one dimensional manager out there in my opinion. It'll be interesting to see how Calderwood does if Forest get up this season.
