hello fellow evertonions i don't really post much on here but after the frustrating transfer period but as an everton fan i should be use to it, anyway who should we sign with the lescott money?

Ideally, like Moyesy has pointed out on more than one occasion we need about 4 players in before September 1st.

Priority positions are right and central defence, and right and central midfield.

Banega would be enough for central midfield, one Arteta comes back we'd have adequate options in the middle.

Right-wing is a priority position and now we have the Lescott money there's no excuses, this MUST be solved. I cannot stand having to either a) play Arteta there out of position, or b) continue with Osman there.

Central defensive cover for Lescott must be brought in, someone who can partner Yobo and challenge with Jagielka when he's fit again.

And we need someone to press Hibbert and Neville for the right-back slot, preferably someone young with their best years ahead, Kyle Naughton would have been perfect :(

I don't think signing a left-sided attacking midfielder in Bilyaletdinov is worthwhile.

You look at Everton's squad and you can blatently see it is SCREAMING out for a new right flank! Why oh why can't David Moyes see this and why oh why can't he get that elusive right-winger/right back.

Well after watching the burnley game it really showed we are lacking creative talent. I do agree we need a moyes speicial on the right wing and a centre back, maybe a major signing in midfeild and a centre back and throw a few loan signings in there. Just really can't wait to see what moyes doe's now

what was the reason we didn't sign him after the loan spell? remember goal agianst man utd just class

bilyaletdinov (henceforth Bily) would play on the left, Pienaar can easily move to the right, he's a talented man. Baines is a good player and I'm sure he can play well with Bily as much as Pienaar.

But you just wouldn't do that...

Moving Pienaar to the right would break up one of the most cohesive parts of the team on the left hand side.

Ideally we need to keep Pienaar there, and replicate what we have on the left on the right.

Breaking Pienaar and Baines up would be detrimental and shouldn't even be considered.

Donovan (we desperately need a creative affordable player), Wheater (Wigan won't sell Bramble), a RW.

This had better be some Donovan other than that Landon drip...he's fit for the MLS and nothing more.

If we're trolling in the US, I'd rather see that Beckerman kid (the one with the dreds) get a shot - he settles in the midfield and distributes the ball. Donovan's only good for the counter and most of the time, he runs away from his mates (or they're too slow) and finds himself 1 v 5 and gives up the ball. Don't get excited about his goal against Spain in the Confed Cup - any attacking player worth his mud would have slotted that home.
