Dunno, i feel like everyone we hire will be differing levels of crap, sometimes you just have to accept your place in the pecking order and based on the last 3 decades ours is near the bottom playing crap football. Only manager who managed to change the 'crap football' part was Martinez and that lasted a grand total of one season.
