Well, of course not seen much of him...not going to lie.

However against us he really was a livewire....looked great for England youth the other week....and i saw highlights of him last week for Sunderland when he turned the game for them.

Hes been rated for a couple of years now in the media and really looks exciting, reminds me of a kanchelskis type...extremely lively and direct.

The logic with him is that kone would keep his place on the left and we would gradually introduce Watmore to replace him.

based on how many games?

Deulofeu can be direct or can offer assists...he can really mix it up.

If we could sign another Deulofeu then wonderful, however i think we need to go for someone who can add goals...left or right footed to me doesnt matter...a left sided kanchelskis type.

I actually think we need to recruit a right-footed left winger so shouts for people like Munir to me are a bit pointless. Rom is miles better with Kone playing because he's a winger/striker who can come in close to him for the interchange whereas on the right Geri can come inside but he's also got a good cross on him. Having a proper left-footed left winger will completely negate the benefits Baines bring to the team.

I've never seen him play anywhere other than the right

Not sure spending 20 odd million and asking him to play in an unnatural position is a great idea

I mean, I'd rather have him than not have him but for the role we need to fill I think there may be players out there better suited to it
he can play either wing or ad a second striker.he defo will do for me.

Watched him a lot more than is probably healthy myself mate, quite often in a game he will switch over sides for 10-15 minutes - usually in the second half to change things up - lose a lot of his threat as a goalscorer when he does but he does still pop in some boss crosses from wide left - he is far better on the right though, then again that just could come from playing their on a regular basis for club and country, IF he is as good as a lot of pundits and people on here think though then there is no reason why he can't play well in all three attacking midfield spots.

Frankly though a Everton team that had him playing in it instead of say Kone can only be a better team, right now we are a deulofeu knock away from being back to square one almost in terms of how isolated Lukaku becomes, adding someone of that ilk would givew us a front 4 of Lukaku, Barkley, Deulofeu and Yarmolenko - with both wingers able to play centrally or either side if needed, right now say if del swaps sides we have nothing really coming down the right whilst he does, imagine the difficulty of containing that front 4 with wingers able to swap sides whilst maintaining a threat from all areas?

For me IF it's a possibility still then it's an absolute no brain decision as he is a top top player and besides a new keeper the most obvious addition we could make to push us as a team forwards

Imagine him on the left and during a game them swapping over sides mate, fullbacks and cb's wouldn't know what the hell was hitting them

I think buying Yarmalenko and sticking him on the left wing for 80% of the game is a proper waste of a player. Be like asking Rom to play CAM for 70 minutes. You buy a Yarmalenko so he can come in off the right and smash some screamers in not to just cross a ball every half hour.
