From the past:

Big Nev - either as Eddie Yeats impersonator or Binman
Duncan McKenzie - Mini salesman
Abel Xavier - Hairdresser
Andy VDM - Barman
Phil Neville - either as a street Echo salesman or a Policemen on point duty in the middle of the road.

Obviously most of the Dark Side would get a job on Sky Sports or the BBC apart from John Aldridge who could be a Flag Pole Painter and part time rear end of a Pantomine Horse.
Also from the past
Reidy - as an extra (brickie in Boys from the Blackstuff)
Mountfield - Terry's mate in Brookie
John Bailey - Look a like - Tonight Matthew/Harry i'm going to be Leo Sayer

Roberto car salesmen, Besic as his bodyguard when he's not putting hits on people

Yeah, I can see it now. "Would you like to go for a drive sir?" Instead of heading straight for the town centre and back he'd go by the scenic route and take for ever.. "this is a phenomenal, magnificent car is it not, sir?"

Mo of course would (accidently) trip him up and find out if he had any moolah on him to buy the car.
