I think a Chelsea win would wind them up but not very sure actually because Man City have never won this competition.

Gotta support my dude Pulisic. Also as an American fan Chelsea have always been the less annoying of the Sky6 clubs. Also the Everton supporters club in Austin, TX (where I use to live) shared a bar with the Chelsea club and we got along well. The owner was a Chelsea fan but he treated us well.
