Roll up, roll up - get your predictions in here. Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal will have the top 3 sewn up. That much is obvious.

So, who will finish in that coveted 4th place spot? Let's look at the contenders:

Everton
Awful defensively, leaking goals for fun. Can't string a run of results together, Martinez's tactics seem to have been found out a little now plus football fans who reckon Roberto can't form a solid defence might have a point now. You'll always get chances against Everton now, they play a very open game. Europa League will hinder them, as today has proved. Lukaku looks good, Naismith in good form.

My prediction: 6th

Liverpool

Awful defensively, up-front they look out of ideas as well. Sterling and Sturridge are important but the latter is made of glass. They also have Europe to contend with now and by the looks of things, it's hindering them. I think they're the best out of a bad bunch when looking at the long term - Rodgers has been there a while now whilst Van Gaal is still new to the club and finding his feet.

My prediction: 4th (They'll do it by the skin of their teeth)

Manchester United

See the Everton prediction and apply it here. We can't defend. Jonny Evans is a midtable player, as is Chris Smalling. On the flipside, one of the best attacks in the league. But you won't win anything without defending properly.

My prediction: 5th

Spurs

Spurs are Spurs.

My prediction: 7th

It depends on the January transfer window for me. If LVG gets some defenders in I think you'll do it.

We might be too far gone by then mate. And it takes time for a player to bed in defence. We should have bought 2-3 new defenders in the summer, before the pre-season tour.

If you're within ten points you'll be fine tbh, I'm feeling really deflated about our chances so at the moment I can't see us. I definitely can't see the RS because they're basically you without the world class talent up top and I can't see Spurs do it because they're Spurs.

This is why I cannot take you seriously at all. :coffee:

I can't see Everton getting 4th mate, not a chance. You haven't got the squad to cope with Premier League, Europa, FA Cup[, League Cup. You're too easy to play against, just like us. Lukaku was an important signing though and will get you goals.

I really don't want Europa League next season - it DOES make the difference being in it, teams usually drop points the Sunday after the Thursday.

What a shambles Everton are. Dear me.

Everton, utd, RS and Spurs losing in same weekend. Only Arsenal out of last seasons top 7 picking up 3 points.

You're such a bad loser mate. There is nothing wrong with what I wrote at all. You conceded 3 goals, at home, against the team rock bottom of the league today.

Your defence is dodgy as hell.

No mate. There's only one bad loser on here. Its why you've posted this nonsense on here rubbishing Everton's chances of 4th.

5 games in!!! Laughable.

:bye:
