Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Think about it for a minute. The goal here is not to get relegated. If 10th place was good enough for this shower then so is 17th.
So we would look for the least risk short term.
Dunc is the biggest risk of all - surely not.
Bielsa is a huge risk as we cannot get these players to play his style quickly enough. end of season maybe, right-now NO!
Dyche - the risk is that he is not good enough to keep us up. He is safer but extremely limited. Could be fired after 10 games.
Marecello - Big name that suits Moshiri, but no Premier experience - big risk.
Hassenhutll - See Dyche.

Looking at the players we have and assuming Danjuma signs (not a certainty) then I would go with Marcello and hope he is unknown enough in England to inspire a turn around rather than continue the plunge.
Dont think prem experience should mean anything, do think the next manager should be able to speak english. Is such a range we could go for , seen Tedesco name and few here out links to who seems like good fit here

Tedesco seems like a good choice but hasn't had much mention today..... I would be happy with him too. Selecting a manager with ambition is key in this appointment.

Tedesco not got a bad record........ Don`t reckon he`d come here though....

Im not saying we should go for Tedesco or Marcelino, but it would be brilliant to even consider managers that arnt the old boring names like Moyes, Dyche etc. Why not sound out Pardew, Hodgson and Pulis while we are at it.

There is a whole world of football out there, people should be looking far and wide for the right fit.

That is it is good to look at a range of managers, i kno we need a new man in place fast but they have to get this right not just go for the easy option
