Yeah, I think it's a big factor that other clubs are actually set up to succeed off the pitch.Thomas frank wouldn't work here end of reason being at Brentford from top to bottom the club is aligned all pulling in the same direction if he came here the board above him wouldn't give him a stable base to work from there lies the problems
Managers need a proper structure around them to be successful. That's why Nuno did such a good job at Wolves. and as others have said it's the same case for Frank, Potter, Silva etc. It's why Bielsa was successful at Leeds for such a long time.True but let's not forget Marco silva is on the same points tally he wasn't good enough either
Bruges is a huge move for him potentially. Potentially a decent manager IMOScott Parker never ever should have been on the list
Exactly. He's had 2 half decent seasons in the last 10. The other 8 he's been woeful. For a forum that immediately discounts a manager for "taking xyz down" they sure cut Moyes some slack after what he did at Sunderland. So the answer to our many problems is to hire a manager whose currently below us in the table and done little since he left us? Ha ha ha.
Would give my left one for that to be the case.If Moyes comes back we will beat the usual average teams at home most of the time but will never beat the Sky teams.
