Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Moyes will only get sacked if he does exactly what Lampard has done and take his club in to the relegation zone. Do we really want to replace 1 relegation manager with another one?
You could see the difference just watching the dugouts today. Moyes was constantly shouting and encouraging players, issuing instructions, tweaking things. Frank was far more passive.

He wasn't that bad at Sociedad at all. First season he beat treble-winning Barcelona. Sunderland was hopeless. Even at Man Utd the guys who followed didnt do much better.
A near 60 year old with a losing record and an old fashioned style of play is not the answer to our problems. He would also suit the low ambitions of our current board, which is a major negative in my book. Just look at how much he talked us down when he was in charge here, and, even worse, when he was at Man Utd. Managers very rarely do as well or better in a second stint at a club either.
