Who should play against Hull ?

Robles worries me. A lot. We could have Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez and Aguero in the side and I'd still worry about losing the game

When Moyes was in rough patches he always tended to fall back on what he considered his strongest team. With that in mind Roberto just go for what worked so well last year

Howard

Coleman Stones Jagielka Baines

McCarthy Barry

Mirallas Barkley Pienaar/Osman

Lukaku

Tell them to stop messing about and just batter Hull. No 4-3-3, no Baines in midfield, no ageing false 9s or number 10s on the wings, or full backs on the wings. Everyone in their proper positions with combinations that have been proven to work, then we can win the game from the bench if we have to like we did loads of times last year.

......agree he should keep to his team model/shape. It was a strange formation against Newcastle. Go back to basics, everybody work for the cause and do a job to ensure we don't get beat, no passengers all players to have responsibility and put in a shift.

Howard out for 6 weeks mate and I highly doubt Stones, Jagielka and McCarthy are going to be fit for this game.

What I'm now writing down is not fully related to the thread and maybe not appropriate so feel free to delete mods if You feel so. But today is kind of remembrance day for Besic: at this day 1 year ago his former teammate Akeem Adams passed away. He was 22 years old, had a heart attack after a training at the end of November, fighted for his life for nearly a month but lost at the end. I don't know if anyone from the team knows about it but I think Mo should tell them what he felt back then during that month. Maybe it helps the others fight more and value every second they can spend on the pitch. So whoever plays he plays with heart and uncompromisingly. This sad life experience helped Besic to be the player and man who he is now, I'm sure of it.

Hope Kone keeps his place,

Play Ross behind the striker,

Drop barry and have Besic in there with hopefully McCarthy if hes fit, there energy and pressing is needed.

All the calls for Kone to keep his place, quite pleasing to see. Unfortunately, Martinez has had a recent, baffling habit of dropping a player or two straight after they've had a good game.

If Barry start and Eto on wing or ATM i m not watching. It s simply blindness to not see how hes speed is awful flaw on protecting our depleted defense. In last few games only time we look decent , not good is when we play Barkley Besic and with Wings . Now it can be Besic , McCarthy in froint of them Barkley , wingers and Kone for now because he can play hold up play witch is enigma for our 28 mill Striker. Please Martinez , let young lads have a run. Barry can't close me without yellow. And some here telling he should be try at CD ( Imagen any player with space around him and Barry in front , just outrun him and it s red or goal )loan or buy some change or at list challange to Howard. And then stick with the team.

Very sad to hear that, know there have been several young and apparently fit players who have suffered the same problem. Has there been any push in Hungary to make defibrillators as standard equipment on training grounds/pitches to hopefully stop these type of tradgedies?
