Who should be the starting 11 against Spurs?

After the dire performance against Wigan I think that Moyes needs to have a complete clearout of the utter showers of [Poor language removed] that turned up last night, It upsets me that these players didn't have the heart and passion to wear the blue shirt. Yakubu, Arteta, Lescott and Yobo were simply not good enough last nite and Moyes should think long and hard before the spurs game. My starting 11 would be:

Neville Jags(CAPTAIN) Lescott Valente


Osman Arteta Castillo Van Der Meyde

Cahill

Anichebe

Perhaps im in dreamland but we need to change our team round and play players who actually want to play.

As [Poor language removed] as he's been, no way I'd have Victor in before Yakubu. Agree Castillo needs to be in there, if he isn't there's something very fishy about this deal we did in the summer.

I've mentioned before that some people believe we dont need a DM, just a player that can get and keep the ball. Osman's best position his CM so put him back there. Might make us play some actual football. Fellaini and Cahill can help out, Cahill can get stuck in as can Osman. Osman has got good positioning skills, so even if he his lightweight or cant tackle at least he can have a go

But if not, Castillo in for Osman.

I would like to see Moyes send a message to the players who just arent performing. I would def make jags skipper and play either felliani or cahill behind anichebe. saha looks to be injuried but the thing that worries me the most is how easily teams are dominating our mid then flooding our defence. Agreed that baines should be in with a shout and perhaps play osman with castillo.

whatever we do, spurs away with harry at the helm will be a tough game and could be a field day for the likes of bent and lennon who have electric pace..

I agree in some respect, like I said Castillo has to play there being he is an all out DM.

I just mentioned Ossie as a CM not a DM with Cahill or Fellaini helping him out. Was thinking more about playing good football being I dont know much about Castillo (he looks tidy, calm, and isnt hoof prone is all we know really).

And Yak or whoever we have forward have nothing to feed off so two attacking midfielders will help him out.

Its just a toss up. Castillo has to play. Fellaini, Cahill or Osman are getting dropped.

Agreed mate. As much as i like Ossie i think he has to be the one. I had a dream last night Cahill scored two against Spurs.
