Yeah mate. I still really liked American Idiot, mind, but the latest album was shockingly poor. Their best stuff was 90s era though.

I can't believe that no one (including me) has mentioned The Cure.

Love the Cure, mate. ROBERT SMIIIIIIIIIITH.

But like I said, my list was just my absolute top bands that I listen to all the time. The Cure sit alongside bands like Pantera, The Dead Kennedys, the Stones, Ash, Feeder, The Offspring and so on; bands I really like, but not my top ones.

American Idiot is okay..I went to the first Milton Keynes show on that tour..I saw them in 1994 or 1995 can't quite remember at rock city Nottingham..The early gig was way better..See you are a Nirvana fan too..i have tons of Audio boots..I can point you in the right direction..just pm me..

Me too, one of the best live bands I've seen!
And The Offspring

Seen alk3 many times, so good. And The Offspring are consistantly brilliant, 20 years after they started out, they produce 'Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace' and its an amazing album.

I have yet to see them live for some reason. I need to rectify that next time 'round.
