Which players of ours do you think could get in the teams in the current top 6?

I think even after a few pages we can see that:

Baines
Stones
Jags
Coleman
McCarthy
Mirallas
Lukaku

are all mentioned as players who could fit into the top 6 sides first elevens.

This highlights a couple of things:

Howard needs replacing with a top keeper and i think comparing him to Courtois, De Gea, Lloris and Cech he's far below par.

Could it be that Martinez is keeping him for another year when he has another summers money to go and buy a top keeper?

Barkley and Deulofeu are "potential" at the moment but in a season or two they could be on the list....

Amongst your best players

Howard - Not good enough
Coleman - Would easily walk into Arsenal, Liverpool & Tottenham's teams. Would've also said United pre Darmain signing
Jagielka - Liverpool only.
Stones - Incredible potential, would just about sneak into the United & Arsenal teams ahead of Mertesacker & Jones I think. He's the type of defender philosophers like van Gaal & Wenger would love.
Baines - Massively overrated on these parts on the defensive end but I believe he'd walk into every team apart from Chelsea. Filipe Luis is the only natural fullback better than Baines yet he doesn't start because of Azpilicueta's defensive talents.
McCarthy - The type of player every manager would love to have. Apart from Chelsea, Arsenal & United he walks into every other team.
Barry - Not the player he once was. Would be surprised if he still starts ahead of Besic before the season ends.
Barkley - Exceptional talent but not much of a football brain yet. Every team would take him because of his potential but he wouldn't start for any.
Deulofeu - See Barkley.
Mirallas - Incredibly underrated player. But I think most teams would pass on him because of his inconsistency. On his day though he's as good as any winger in the League apart from Hazard, Sanchez & Di Maria. Just a tier or 2 below World Class when motivated.
Lukaku - Criticism of him has been completely unfair. A season or two ago everyone was comparing him to Chelsea strikers, MoTD/pundits were constantly praising him, Mourinho sells him & then they suddenly turn on him. I think every team including Chelsea would love him on their team. He's as good as any striker in the League not named Aguero, Sturridge or Costa when in form.
