No 5 points!

maybe they only get credited after the game ?
or when they get sent out ?

if it's on your purchase history then they have to add it to the points cos it's not up to you to do it, the system should do it automatically so maybe there is a fault that they dont know about.

nah, the cup games have been more, cos the young reidess has 230 with 200 from s.t. others from cup

I truly have no clue what you're talking about Reid's . I have a girl in the office who sorts mine , so I never really see all the vouchers thing , but is this , as Season Ticket holders , getting extra credit for Aways , yes ???

they have a points system,
with a s.t. you get 200 points
every other game you purchase for.. you get points.
if buying each game seperately then points are awarded for each game, you have to have a customer no. to buy, so the points should get credited on your account automatically.
the aways are usually 5 points
the home cup games have been more, to sell the tickets.
