When I was a kid I .......


got into the garage across the road from ours & there was an Oil Painting of George Best, I looked around the garage and there was a selection of things but decided that it was a Large Container of Blue Ink that would make it look better & squirted it all over it.

when I was a kid someone was telling us about their hols and said they went on a Cross Flannel Cherry, not just the once they said it a few times and folk were asking questions to see if he said it again.... and he did every single time.

Now when I see Cross Channel Ferry, I read it as that, I say it as that but in my mind Cross Flannel Cherry keeps whirling round and round.
