Sainsburys Lentil Dahl soup and some crusty bread for dipping. One of my favourite work lunches......and meat free.......and 2 of my 5 a day.

Hake fish cake, chips and, I've just made a ton of mushy peas, cooked in my beef stock which gives them a lovely flavour, so I'll have lashings of those, when I can be bothered to get off my arse.

cauliflour cheese (additional slice of mexican spiced cheese in to the cooking)
new potatoes in butter.

Made a cheat's large custard tart : shortcrust pastry and custard made from custard powder and nutmeg. Very pleasantly suprised, thought it would be a bit stodgy, but it's very acceptable.

Sea salt crackers and some red Leicester cheese, Branston on the side.

A sliced pear.

A cup of decaf tea.

Leftover Roast Beef on a Crusty roll with melted cheese, Branston Pickle and Rocket.

Nice little salad today, rocket, cherry toms, ricotta, shredded beetroot, pepperdew peppers, olives and honey mustard dressing.
